Welcome, Princess
Your personal AI assistant at Unit6. Available around the clock on Slack -- connected to the tools you use every day.
Whether you need to manage Asana tasks, look up order details in a spreadsheet, draft a DMCA notice, or research something online, Atlas handles it directly. Just describe what you need in plain language -- the same way you would ask a colleague.
Atlas remembers the context from your past conversations. It learns your preferences over time and adapts to the way you work. You never have to repeat yourself or re-explain your role.
Your conversations are completely private. Every team member has their own personal space -- your messages, files, and preferences are yours alone.
Atlas is not a simple chatbot that looks up answers. It can think through complex problems, handle multi-step workflows, and work across many tools at once. Here is what it can do out of the box:
Beyond these built-in capabilities, Atlas connects to the specific tools your team uses -- you will find those in the Toolkit section.
Atlas meets you where you already work. Pick any channel -- the experience is the same across all of them.
Your primary workspace. Send a direct message to Atlas, or mention @Atlas in any channel. Each thread is its own conversation, so you can have multiple topics going at once. This is where your automated task results are delivered too.
A dedicated chat interface at atlas.unit6.com is coming soon. It will work on any device and can be installed as an app on your phone or desktop, with push notifications so you never miss a response.
Available on demand. If you would like quick mobile access to Atlas outside of Slack, let Pavle know and Telegram access can be set up for you.
All channels connect to the same Atlas. Your memory, preferences, and files are shared across them. Start a conversation on Slack, continue it on your phone -- Atlas keeps the full context.
Because you are in the Philippines and the rest of the team is in Europe, Atlas is especially useful for async work. You can send requests at any time and Atlas responds immediately, regardless of time zones.
These tools are already set up and ready to use in your conversations with Atlas. Just ask -- no setup needed on your end.
Atlas is a platform that grows with the team. Beyond what is already connected for you, these integrations are available across Unit6 and can be added to your workspace anytime -- just ask.
If there is a tool, platform, or workflow you use that is not listed here, just ask Atlas. New connections can be added quickly. If it has a way to connect, Atlas can work with it.
These examples are based on your actual daily tasks. Each one starts with a simple message -- just type what you need and Atlas handles the rest.
Atlas adapts to you. The more you use it, the better it understands your preferences and the way you work. These are starting points -- you will discover your own shortcuts as you go.
Atlas can run tasks automatically on any schedule you set. Just describe what you want and when -- Atlas takes care of the rest and delivers the results to your Slack DM.
You control everything in plain language. No forms to fill out, no complicated setup. Just tell Atlas what you need.
Set up tasks that repeat daily, weekly, or on specific days. Atlas remembers and runs them automatically.
Schedule something for a specific date and time. Atlas runs it once and delivers the result.
You can check, pause, change, or cancel your scheduled tasks at any time.
Atlas always confirms before creating or changing a scheduled task, so nothing happens without your approval. Your time zone is set to Asia/Chongqing -- all times are in your local time.
A few habits that make Atlas significantly more useful.
Be specific. "Show me my overdue tasks in NA-OPS" works much better than "What should I do?" The more detail you give, the better the result.
Use threads in Slack. Each thread is a separate conversation. Start a new thread for new topics so Atlas does not mix up context between different requests.
Attach files. Drop spreadsheets, images, screenshots, or documents directly into the chat. Atlas reads them immediately and can work with the content.
Ask for the format you want. Say "as an Excel file", "as a PDF", "as a branded report", or "as a simple message" to get exactly the output you need.
Tell Atlas your preferences. Say "Remember that I prefer tasks grouped by project" or "Remember that my DMCA contact email is..." and Atlas will use that in future conversations.
Send screenshots for DMCA. When you find an infringing listing, screenshot it and send it directly to Atlas. It can read the image, extract the details, and start the takedown process.
Confirm before it acts. For important actions -- updating spreadsheets, creating tasks, or sending messages -- Atlas always asks for your confirmation first. Review the details and say "yes" or correct anything before it proceeds.
Schedule repetitive work. If you find yourself asking Atlas for the same thing regularly, ask it to schedule it. "Do this every morning" turns a manual task into an automatic delivery.
Morning task dashboard. Ask Atlas to deliver your daily Asana tasks every morning at 8am, grouped by project with priorities highlighted. Start every day knowing exactly what needs your attention.
Automated EOD report. Set up an evening task that pulls everything you completed today and formats it as a clean summary for Vukadin. Review it, forward it, done.
DMCA evidence collection. When you spot an infringing listing, send the URL to Atlas. It visits the page, takes a screenshot, extracts the seller details, and prepares the takedown notice -- all from one message.
Weekly fulfillment review. Schedule a Monday morning report that summarizes: new orders waiting, shipments in transit, deliveries confirmed, and any orders needing follow-up.
Trustpilot monitoring. Ask Atlas to check Trustpilot for new reviews and draft responses for your approval. Good for keeping response times fast across brands.
Data cleanup. Drop a messy spreadsheet into the chat and ask Atlas to clean it up, normalize the data, add formulas, and create a polished version. It handles thousands of rows.
Process documentation. Describe how you do a task step by step, and Atlas turns it into a clean SOP document. Great for the SOPs you are compiling this month.
Quick research. Need to know the DMCA process for a new platform? Ask Atlas to research it and deliver a summary. It searches multiple sources simultaneously and compiles the findings.
