About Atlas

Atlas is your personal AI assistant, built for the Unit6 team. It works around the clock, remembers your preferences, and connects directly to the tools you already use.
Overview

Whether you need to manage Asana tasks, look up order details in a spreadsheet, draft a DMCA notice, or research something online, Atlas handles it directly. Just describe what you need in plain language -- the same way you would ask a colleague.

Atlas remembers the context from your past conversations. It learns your preferences over time and adapts to the way you work. You never have to repeat yourself or re-explain your role.

Your conversations are completely private. Every team member has their own personal space -- your messages, files, and preferences are yours alone.

More than a chatbot

Atlas is not a simple chatbot that looks up answers. It can think through complex problems, handle multi-step workflows, and work across many tools at once. Here is what it can do out of the box:

  • Run calculations and data work -- give it numbers, a spreadsheet, or raw data and ask for summaries, trends, charts, or custom analysis
  • Create files from scratch -- Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, PDFs, PowerPoint presentations, and branded reports, built exactly to your needs
  • Browse the web -- visit websites, read content, fill out forms, take screenshots, and extract data from any page
  • Write and edit -- emails, reports, proposals, ad copy, DMCA notices, or any content in any tone and language
  • Understand images -- analyze screenshots, photos, and documents you share; describe what it sees and extract information from any visual
  • Work with video -- download, trim, convert, and extract frames from video content
  • Transcribe audio and video -- give Atlas a voice recording or video file and get a full text transcript
  • Automate recurring work -- schedule tasks to run every day, every week, or at any specific time, and receive the results automatically
  • Work in any language -- fluent translation and content creation across languages
  • Handle complex requests -- research a topic, analyze the results, create a report, and deliver it to you, all in one request
  • Remember what matters -- your preferences, ongoing projects, people you work with, and context from past conversations carry over between sessions

Beyond these built-in capabilities, Atlas connects to the specific tools your team uses -- you will find those in the Toolkit section.

Where to Reach Atlas

Channels

Atlas meets you where you already work. Pick any channel -- the experience is the same across all of them.

01
Slack

Your primary workspace. Send a direct message to Atlas, or mention @Atlas in any channel. Each thread is its own conversation, so you can have multiple topics going at once. This is where your automated task results are delivered too.

02
Web App

A dedicated chat interface at atlas.unit6.com is coming soon. It will work on any device and can be installed as an app on your phone or desktop, with push notifications so you never miss a response.

03
Telegram

Available on demand. If you would like quick mobile access to Atlas outside of Slack, let Pavle know and Telegram access can be set up for you.

Good to know

All channels connect to the same Atlas. Your memory, preferences, and files are shared across them. Start a conversation on Slack, continue it on your phone -- Atlas keeps the full context.

Because you are in the Philippines and the rest of the team is in Europe, Atlas is especially useful for async work. You can send requests at any time and Atlas responds immediately, regardless of time zones.

Your Workflows

Built for you

These examples are based on your actual daily tasks. Each one starts with a simple message -- just type what you need and Atlas handles the rest.

Atlas adapts to you. The more you use it, the better it understands your preferences and the way you work. These are starting points -- you will discover your own shortcuts as you go.

Check Your Tasks

"What are my tasks for today?"
  • Atlas checks your Asana across all projects -- NA-OPS, Punchora, VUKIMEDIA, MCC-OPS, and more
  • Shows tasks due today and anything overdue
  • Groups them by project so you can prioritize
  • You can also ask: "What is due this week?" or "Show me everything in NA-OPS"

End-of-Day Report

"Summarize everything I completed today for Vukadin"
  • Atlas pulls all tasks you marked complete today from Asana
  • Formats them into a clean summary grouped by project
  • You review the summary, adjust anything, and forward it to Vukadin
  • Once you like the format, this can run automatically every evening

DMCA Takedown Workflow

"I found someone selling our Sunflower Garden design on Amazon. Help me file a DMCA takedown."
  • Atlas visits the infringing listing and takes a screenshot for evidence
  • Drafts a DMCA takedown notice using the correct template for the platform (Amazon, Meta, Shopify, or email)
  • Fills in all the details -- your design name, the infringing URL, seller info
  • Logs the case in your DMCA tracker spreadsheet with a case ID and status
  • You review, submit, and Atlas tracks the follow-up dates

Fulfillment Orders

"Show me the latest orders I need to process"
  • Atlas reads the Insense Tracking Sheet and finds new creators waiting for orders
  • Shows you the details: name, address, product, and any special notes
  • You create the order on the fulfillment platform
  • Tell Atlas the order number and tracking link, and it updates the sheet for you

Create Asana Tasks

"Create a task in NA-OPS: Follow up on chargeback case #4521, due Friday, high priority"
  • Atlas creates the task in the right project with the details you specified
  • Sets the due date, priority, and description
  • You can also say: "Create 3 tasks for this week" and describe them all at once
  • Atlas will confirm the details before creating, so nothing gets lost

Research and Reports

"Research the DMCA process for TikTok and give me a summary"
  • Atlas searches multiple sources in parallel and gathers the latest information
  • Compiles everything into a clear, organized summary
  • Can deliver it as a message, a document, or a branded report with a shareable link
  • Works for any topic -- platform policies, competitor research, process documentation

Work with Files

"Here is a CSV of this month's orders. Create a clean Excel summary with totals by product."
  • Drop any file into the chat -- spreadsheets, documents, images, PDFs
  • Atlas reads and processes the file immediately
  • Creates new files in any format you need: Excel, Word, PDF, or PowerPoint
  • Delivers the finished file right in the conversation for you to download

Scheduling & Automation

Automate anything

Atlas can run tasks automatically on any schedule you set. Just describe what you want and when -- Atlas takes care of the rest and delivers the results to your Slack DM.

You control everything in plain language. No forms to fill out, no complicated setup. Just tell Atlas what you need.

Recurring Tasks

Runs on a schedule

Set up tasks that repeat daily, weekly, or on specific days. Atlas remembers and runs them automatically.

"Every morning at 8am, show me my Asana tasks due today"
Atlas delivers a task summary to your DM at 8:00 AM your time, every day.
"Every weekday at 6pm, summarize everything I completed today"
Atlas pulls your completed tasks from Asana and sends you a formatted EOD summary, Monday through Friday.
"Every Monday at 9am, check the fulfillment sheet for new orders and send me a summary"
Atlas reads the tracking sheet, identifies new entries, and delivers a clean report every Monday morning.
"Every Friday at 5pm, check all my open DMCA cases for overdue follow-ups"
Atlas reviews your DMCA tracker and flags any cases past their follow-up date.

One-Time Tasks

Runs once

Schedule something for a specific date and time. Atlas runs it once and delivers the result.

"Tomorrow at 2pm, remind me to check the Punchora chargeback case"
Atlas sends you a reminder at exactly 2:00 PM tomorrow.
"On April 15 at 9am, pull a summary of all DMCA cases resolved this month"
Atlas runs the report on the exact date and time you set.

Managing Your Tasks

Stay in control

You can check, pause, change, or cancel your scheduled tasks at any time.

"Show me all my scheduled tasks"
Atlas lists every active task with its schedule, next run time, and what it does.
"Pause the morning brief task"
Atlas pauses it. Say "resume the morning brief" when you want it back.
"Change the EOD report to run at 7pm instead of 6pm"
Atlas updates the schedule. You can change the time, days, or what the task does.
"Cancel the Friday DMCA check"
Atlas removes the task. You can always create a new one later.

Atlas always confirms before creating or changing a scheduled task, so nothing happens without your approval. Your time zone is set to Asia/Chongqing -- all times are in your local time.

Tips & FAQ

Best Results

A few habits that make Atlas significantly more useful.

01

Be specific. "Show me my overdue tasks in NA-OPS" works much better than "What should I do?" The more detail you give, the better the result.

02

Use threads in Slack. Each thread is a separate conversation. Start a new thread for new topics so Atlas does not mix up context between different requests.

03

Attach files. Drop spreadsheets, images, screenshots, or documents directly into the chat. Atlas reads them immediately and can work with the content.

04

Ask for the format you want. Say "as an Excel file", "as a PDF", "as a branded report", or "as a simple message" to get exactly the output you need.

05

Tell Atlas your preferences. Say "Remember that I prefer tasks grouped by project" or "Remember that my DMCA contact email is..." and Atlas will use that in future conversations.

06

Send screenshots for DMCA. When you find an infringing listing, screenshot it and send it directly to Atlas. It can read the image, extract the details, and start the takedown process.

07

Confirm before it acts. For important actions -- updating spreadsheets, creating tasks, or sending messages -- Atlas always asks for your confirmation first. Review the details and say "yes" or correct anything before it proceeds.

08

Schedule repetitive work. If you find yourself asking Atlas for the same thing regularly, ask it to schedule it. "Do this every morning" turns a manual task into an automatic delivery.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can Atlas access my private files?
Atlas can only access files in shared Google Drive folders and spreadsheets that have been explicitly shared with the team. Your personal files, private folders, and accounts that have not been connected remain completely private.
Does Atlas remember our conversations?
Yes. Atlas has a memory system that learns your preferences, ongoing projects, and important details across conversations. You can also ask it to remember or forget specific things at any time. Say "Remember that..." to save something, or "Forget..." to remove it.
Can I use Atlas from my phone?
Yes. Right now, use the Slack mobile app on your phone for full access. A dedicated web app at atlas.unit6.com is coming soon, and Telegram access can be set up on request. The full experience is available wherever you reach Atlas.
What happens if Atlas makes a mistake?
Just tell Atlas what went wrong and it will correct itself. For important actions like updating data or creating tasks, Atlas always asks for your confirmation first. Nothing irreversible happens without your approval.
Can other people see my conversations with Atlas?
No. Your direct conversations with Atlas are completely private. Each team member has their own separate workspace. Your colleagues cannot see your messages, files, or preferences, and you cannot see theirs.
Is there a limit to what I can ask?
Atlas can handle long, complex tasks including multi-step research, large file processing, and workflows that span multiple tools. If something takes a while, Atlas will let you know and continue working in the background while you do other things.
What if I need a tool that Atlas does not have yet?
Just ask Atlas and it will let the admin know. New integrations and capabilities are added regularly based on what the team needs. If a tool or platform can be connected, it usually takes hours -- not weeks.

Ideas to Try

A

Morning task dashboard. Ask Atlas to deliver your daily Asana tasks every morning at 8am, grouped by project with priorities highlighted. Start every day knowing exactly what needs your attention.

B

Automated EOD report. Set up an evening task that pulls everything you completed today and formats it as a clean summary for Vukadin. Review it, forward it, done.

C

DMCA evidence collection. When you spot an infringing listing, send the URL to Atlas. It visits the page, takes a screenshot, extracts the seller details, and prepares the takedown notice -- all from one message.

D

Weekly fulfillment review. Schedule a Monday morning report that summarizes: new orders waiting, shipments in transit, deliveries confirmed, and any orders needing follow-up.

E

Trustpilot monitoring. Ask Atlas to check Trustpilot for new reviews and draft responses for your approval. Good for keeping response times fast across brands.

F

Data cleanup. Drop a messy spreadsheet into the chat and ask Atlas to clean it up, normalize the data, add formulas, and create a polished version. It handles thousands of rows.

G

Process documentation. Describe how you do a task step by step, and Atlas turns it into a clean SOP document. Great for the SOPs you are compiling this month.

H

Quick research. Need to know the DMCA process for a new platform? Ask Atlas to research it and deliver a summary. It searches multiple sources simultaneously and compiles the findings.
